Donna Kay Richardson, 74, Madison, Tenn., passed away Jan. 3, 2021 in Gallatin, Tenn. Donna was born Aug. 31, 1946 in Lawrenceville, the youngest daughter of George Arthur and Melinda Ellen (Dixon) Dunlap, both of whom preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by four sisters; Georgia Rigg, Betty Petrazio, Shirley Inboden and Patty Wilkins. Donna is also preceded in death by her loving husband, Ronnie Richardson. Donna is survived by sisters, Helen Tuttle of Annapolis; Carol Thompson of Robinson; twin brother, Donald R (Valarie) Dunlap of Oblong; half-brother, Stanley (Kelly) Dunlap of O’Fallon, Ill.; daughters, Lisa (Ed) Holland of Tioga, N.D.; Melinda (Tim) Woodard of Madison, Tenn.; sons, Kevin Richardson of Gallatin, Tenn.; Kelly (Kellie) Richardson of Gallatin, Tenn.; grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews. Donna graduated Robinson High School in Robinson. She worked as a payroll specialist for Sumner County Board of Education and retired in July 2013. Funeral Service was held Friday, Jan. 8, 2021 at 11 a.m. from the chapel of Alexander Funeral Home and Cremation Center with Kent Christmas officiating. Burial followed at the Sumner Memorial Gardens.
