Another big night on the ground propelled a Robinson High School football team to a victory Monday night.
Robinson's junior varsity squad rolled up close to 300 yards of offense - most of which came on the ground - on their way to a 33-6 whipping of visiting Flora at Crosby Field.
The JV Maroons ran for 271 yards and threw for 25 more while scoring five touchdowns and holding Flora to just one score in the win.
Lane Utterback led the way with 96 yards and a touchdown on eight carries, while Cobin Hayes ran 14 times for 64 yards and three touchdowns. Tucker DeBelle gained 44 yards in 11 attempts, Bruce Williams ran six times for 33 yards, Mitchell Baker added 25 yards on his eight rushes and Cole Blankenbeker carries four times for nine yards and ran in a two-point conversion.
Meanwhile, Darin Cox completed two of eight passes for 25 yards and a touchdown. Williams hauled in a five-yard touchdown reception, while Brody Scott made the other catch for 20 yards.
Cox also converted one of two extra point kicks for the Maroons.
Defensively, Scott topped RHS with two interceptions, while Collin Rains and Garrett Hays intercepted one pass apiece.
Robinson (4-2) will play host to Casey-Westfield Monday at 6:15 p.m.
