It was another rough night on the court for Nuttall Middle School's girls' basketball teams Monday, as they dropped a pair of games to visiting Paris Crestwood.
Robinson dropped a 30-12 decision in the eighth grade game, while they also lost the seventh grade contest, 28-13.
In the eighth grade game, Robinson dug themselves a 15-6 hole after one quarter and never recovered. The Lady Raiders trailed 19-8 at halftime, then closed the gap to 21-12 after three quarters before being outscored 9-0 in the fourth quarter.
Kirbie Mendenhall paced NMS (2-5) with four points, five rebounds and three steals, while Alexis Sullivan totaled four points, four rebounds, one assist and one steal and Josie Goff posted four points, three rebounds, one assist and one steal.
In the seventh grade game, Robinson trailed just 3-0 after one quarter, but was outscored 9-0 in the second quarter for a 12-0 halftime deficit. Paris Crestwood dominated the third quarter, 16-4, for 28-4 lead, before NMS took the fourth quarter 5-0 to reach the final margin.
Daphne Phillippe topped NMS (0-7) with four points and two assists, while Skylar Maus tossed in three points and Tyra Kinney posted two points, one assist and one steal.
