A 14-year-old girl, with ties to Crawford County, has been missing from the Peoria area since 2:45 p.m. Friday.
Elizabeth Kay Nolan, known as Lizzie, is a 2019 eighth-grade graduate of Nuttall Middle School.
Her grandmother, Tammy Spour of Robinson, along with Nolan's two little sisters, have been searching Peoria and surrounding areas for her since she was notified.
Nolan is described by Spour as five feet three inches tall, weighing about 120 pounds. She has brown shoulder length hair and blue eyes.
She has freckles on her nose, a small scar, as well as a birthmark on her forehead. She also has a small red spot on her upper lip and one dimple.
She has brackets for braces but the wires are missing.
She was last seen wearing maroon sweatpants and a gray hoodie along with tennis shoes and may be accompanied by an underage male.
She is currently in custody of the Department of Children and Family Services and has been living in the Children's Home near Bartonville.
Nolan has P.O.T.S, Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome, as well as psychological issues that require medication that was not taken with her.
"She only left with the clothes on her back," Spour said.
Nolan is no stranger to running away from the foster care system but, according to her grandmother, has always returned 15 minutes to three hours later.
According to Spour, DCFS has notified several missing person data bases in efforts to find her.
Nolan's situation does not meet the criteria to have an Amber Alert activated. It is for children abducted and Nolan is not believed to be abducted at this point.
Several social media posts have been made by family members pleading for the teen to contact them. One post by Spour has been shared more than 1,000 times to help spread the word about her granddaughter.
There has been no activity on Nolan's social media accounts, according to her grandmother. However, late Monday, Nolan logged into the family's Netflix account. Peoria Police Department was working on tracking down the location of the log in on the account as of earlier today.
Crawford County Sheriff William Rutan has heard nothing new concerning Nolan but said his department is keeping a watch out for her in case she does return to Robinson. No additional information was available from Peoria authorities today.
Anyone with information or the whereabouts of Elizabeth "Lizzie" Nolan, should contact the Crawford County Sheriff's Office at 546-1515.
