Robinson couple hospitalized after Indiana crash
A Robinson couple was injured in an accident Saturday night in Gibson County, Ind.

According to Indiana State Police, Bill Sempsrote, 67, 7906 E. Laurel Lane, was heading north on U.S. 41 near County Road 400 in his 2006 Toyota utility truck, around 10:35 p.m., when he was struck from behind by Marcus Osborne, 27, Henderson, Ky., driving a 2005 Chrysler 300. The collision caused the Sempsrote vehicle to go off the road and roll over.

Sempsrote's wife, Janet Sempsrote, 57, was ejected from the vehicle, and rescue workers had to extricate Sempsrote from the vehicle. They were taken to St. Mary's Hospital, Evansville. Both are still in the hospital as of today. Bill reported he is feeling better, but has not been able to check on Janet. The hospital reports she is located in the trauma wing.

Osborne was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
